Superior Healthcare are urgently recruiting experienced Support Workers in Crawley to join a dedicated team supporting a young male client with complex care needs in their family home.
As a Care Assistant, you will become part of our dedicated complex care team, providing 2:1 support for our new client. You’ll join their long-term care team, with the added opportunity to support other clients in the area if you wish. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing either a fixed or flexible rota, along with the option to take on overtime for additional hours.

Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us, paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.
If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.
Role Overview:
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our client’s daily life, providing essential support including:
- Administering medication
- Supporting with PEG feeds
- Supporting with behaviours which may challenge
- Providing personal care
- Assisting with moving and handling
Shift Patterns Available:
Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and a willingness to travel.
- Day shifts 08:00-20:00 – from £14.30 per hour
- Waking nights – 20:00-08:00- from £15.40 per hour
