Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Executive to lead innovative marketing strategies that attract carers and nurses to join Superior Healthcare. This role involves developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, social media content, job board advertising, and recruitment events to support our hiring objectives. You will work closely with the internal recruitment team and external partners to enhance candidate engagement and ensure a robust pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Advertising & Digital Marketing

Work with third-party suppliers to manage Indeed budgets, optimise spend efficiency, and ensure a strong advertising structure.

Review and refine advert copy on a regular basis, researching market trends to identify opportunities.

Develop and execute social media campaigns (both paid and organic) to drive candidate attraction.

Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media strategies and targeted recruitment initiatives.

Produce artwork and visuals for recruitment marketing, working with external suppliers on larger content projects.
Content Creation & Website Management

Work alongside the communications officer to produce visual assets that align with business objectives.

Write and develop content for advertising, direct mail, and newsletters to attract potential candidates.

Manage and update recruitment-related content on the company website, working with third-party suppliers to drive continuous improvement.

Optimise SEO for recruitment, focusing on content, metadata, schema markup, and landing pages.

Oversee website updates, including the creation of new pages and improving UX. Our website is built in WordPress, so a working knowledge of that CMS would be advantageous.
CRM & Email Campaigns

Plan and execute email campaigns using the applicant database to engage and nurture candidates.

Manage and develop the Salesforce CRM, collaborating with our development partner to ensure efficiency.
Events & Candidate Engagement

Organise, promote, and attend recruitment events and activities to enhance employer branding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment teams across Kent and regional offices.

Manage relationships with job boards, ensuring they consistently deliver high-quality candidates.
Performance & Reporting

Monitor and report on marketing spend, performance, ROI, and lead generation on a monthly basis.

Continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
